• Online Counseling Candidates who took a PESU JEE seat in the counseling can collect their fee receipt from the University in person when they come to submit original documents as given above. If such candidates send their original documents through courier, their fee receipt will be with the University and can be collected when they visit the University in person for the Orientation program.

 

• Candidates who changed from Early Admission Commitment (EAC) seat or Higher Fee Category (HFC) seat to PESU JEE seat in the counseling through online counseling can collect their change of quota receipt in-lieu of the fee receipt from the University when they come to submit the original documents as given above. If such candidates send their original documents through courier, their change of quota receipt (in-lieu of the fee receipt) will be with the University and can be collected when they visit the University in person for the Orientation program.

Please note that the last date for submission of your original documents to the University is 15^th July, 2025. If we do not receive all your original hard copy documents as per the above link to the University by the aforementioned date, your seat will be forfeited and it will be your responsibility to apply and claim the refund for the seat.

Alternatively, if you wish to surrender your seat and get a refund, the last date for it is also 15^th July 2025. You may follow the formalities as per the link https://pes.edu/seat-surrender/ for this. This link is also updated on our website, www.pes.edu.
